Fresh Coast Laundry Co. is not responsible for color transfer, dye bleeding, fading, discoloration, or staining caused by non-colorfast fabrics, unstable dyes, manufacturing defects, prior laundering damage, or other pre-existing garment conditions. Customers requesting separate processing of whites, colors, delicates, specialty fabrics, or individual garments must notify Fresh Coast Laundry Co. before processing begins.

CLAIMS PROCEDURE & MISSING ITEMS

Customers should inspect all returned laundry promptly. Claims involving missing items, damage, discoloration, or shrinkage must be reported within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery. Fresh Coast Laundry Co. reserves the right to deny claims involving items that have been discarded, altered, repaired, worn, or otherwise made unavailable for inspection.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Fresh Coast Laundry Co.'s liability for any lost or damaged item shall be limited to the lesser of: (a) the item's fair market value based on age, condition, and depreciation; or (b) ten (10) times the cleaning charge attributable to that item. Fresh Coast Laundry Co. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, emotional, or punitive damages.
